**Orthopedic Surgery - Sports Medicine Opportunity - Great Falls, Montana** **Position Overview** - Seeking an Orthopedic Sports Medicine surgeon to join a dedicated team of 6 orthopedic surgeons and 5 surgical advanced practice providers in Great Falls, Montana. - Opportunity to build a robust sports medicine practice within a well-established orthopedic team that includes specialists in trauma, general orthopedics, total joint revision, hand, and shoulder surgery, with mid-level support and neurosurgical spine collaboration. **Position Details** - Schedule: Monday Friday with shared group call and dedicated OR time. - Resources include occupational therapy within the clinic, extensive therapy options in the building, and a same-day orthopedic injury center attached to the practice. - Facility equipped with 10 main ORs, an ASC, 2 Da Vinci robots, O-arm, Hana table, and ROSA robot. - 33-bed emergency department with 3 large trauma bays, 24/7 CT scan, and 2 board-certified EM physicians on shift at all times. - In-house air ambulance program with fixed-wing and rotor-wing for inbound and outbound transport. - 24/7 dedicated ICU intensivists in a 21-bed mixed ICU. - Supported by a robust hospitalist team, including swing and night shift admitters. - Independent, financially stable, not-for-profit health system. - Regional tertiary center with extensive specialty support including neurosurgery, pulmonology, neurology, endocrinology, rheumatology, advanced gastroenterology, cardiothoracic surgery, and more. - Focus on patient-centered, quality medical care. **Benefits Details** - Competitive salary with bonus structure. - 8 weeks paid time off (6 PTO, 2 CME). - Generous sign-on and relocation bonuses. - Annual $5,000 CME allowance plus $1,000 for license/dues. - 5-7% retirement match plus 457b program. - Paid malpractice with tail coverage. - Physician wellness programs focusing on personal and professional development. - Monthly meetings with top physician and administrative leadership to address issues and bring forward new ideas. **Community Details** Great Falls is Montanas base camp for art and adventure, with a city population of 70,000 and a regional draw of over 275,000 people in north-central Montana.
