• Current hand surgeon booked out 4 months
• Newly-trained candidates will have support
• Hand Fellowship a must
• Potential ASC Ownership
• Board Eligibility with the Intent to Certify Required
• 5 Surgeons, succession planning
• Flexible clinic/OR schedule
• On-Call Schedule: Roughly 1:7. Expect one weeknight and one weekend a month
• Optional additional Call pay is $2k/night
• Busy from DAY ONE
• Healthy Payor/Patient Mix
• Must be comfortable with general Ortho while on call
• NO TRAUMA
• EMR: Allscripts with Note
• Compensation: MGMA Median Initial Income, and 75th Percentile or Higher as a Partner
