Job Title: Orthopedic Hand Surgeon

Location: Richland, WA

Salary: $695 – 772K

Job Overview: We are seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Orthopedic Hand Surgeon to join our team in Richland, WA. This position involves both outpatient and inpatient responsibilities, providing comprehensive care for hand and upper extremity conditions. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications are required. Fellowship training is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform hand, tendon release/repair, and peripheral nerve surgeries.
  • Treat and manage a wide range of hand and upper extremity conditions, including elbow conditions (highly preferred).
  • Conduct arthroscopy procedures (preferred) and manage other related surgeries.
  • Provide both surgical and non-surgical care, with a focus on surgical patients.
  • Conduct in-office elective procedures within the clinic's fully prepared facilities.
  • Participate in on-call duties, managing, treating, and consulting on general orthopedic cases.
  • Obtain and maintain privileges for general orthopedic procedures as required (e.g., hemi-arthroplasty).
  • Utilize the Epic EMR system for patient management.

  • The clinic is prepared for in-office elective procedures, enhancing patient convenience and care.
  • OR block time can be arranged as needed for hospital-based procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery.
  • ACLS and BLS certifications required.
  • Fellowship training in hand surgery (preferred).
  • Experience with hand, tendon release/repair, and peripheral nerve surgeries required.
  • Arthroscopy experience is a plus.
  • Ability to manage both surgical and non-surgical orthopedic patients.
  • Experience with elbow conditions is highly preferred.
