Orthopaedic Institute of North Mississippi (OINMS) is actively recruiting a Board Eligible/Board Certified Adult Reconstruction Orthopaedic Surgeon to join our well-established and expanding team in Tupelo, Mississippi. We are seeking a highly motivated and fellowship-trained Adult Reconstruction Specialist to provide comprehensive joint care in a collaborative, patient-centered setting. This position offers an excellent balance of clinical autonomy, surgical volume, and professional support.

Orthopaedic Institute of North Mississippi is a well-established, physician-led practice delivering advanced, patient-centered musculoskeletal care throughout the region.
- Expert Multispecialty Team: 5 orthopaedic surgeons, 4 nurse practitioners, and 2 physician assistants working collaboratively across subspecialties.
- Regional Access: 4 modern clinic locations, including a flagship site in Tupelo, providing high-quality care close to home.
- Technology-Enabled Practice: Utilizes the ModMed EMR for efficient, integrated documentation and clinical workflows.
- Comprehensive Services: Expertise in sports medicine, joint replacement, hand, wrist, and elbow, and foot and ankle surgery.
- Manageable Call Schedule: 1:5 rotation covering only referred patients—no emergency department or hospital call required.

Compensation and Opportunity
- Join as Associate Physician with Guaranteed base salary with performance-based bonus incentives

Qualifications:
- BE/BC in Orthopedic Surgery with fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction.
- Residents and Fellows welcome to apply!
- Mississippi Medical License (or eligibility).
