Dentist Opening Near NYC * Located in *Spring Valley, NY* - 35m from New York City * Full-time, permanent position Dentist Responsibilities: The general dentist is responble for providing comprehensive dental care to health center patients, including definitive, emergency, restorative and preventive dental care.

  • Performs routine examinations and treatment
  • Diagnoses ailments of oral cavity. Performs and interprets X-rays
  • Performs teeth cleaning and dental work, including crowns, bridges, dentures, etc.
  • Performs limited dental surgery, restricted to extractions
  • Documents patients dental history and treatment
  • Supervises dental assistants and hygienists
  • Performs patient pain management techniques
  • Complies with applicable policies and procedures and supports the Compliance Program
