Job Description: We are seeking highly qualified and motivated Oral Surgeons to join our dynamic team in the Fargo office and the Bismarck office. The ideal candidate will have exceptional surgical skills, a patient-centered approach, and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a wide range of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures, including dental extractions, implants, corrective jaw surgery, and trauma
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients with various oral and facial conditions
  • Work collaboratively with other dental professionals and support staff to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Educate patients and their families about surgical procedures, post-operative care, and oral health maintenance
  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records
  • Keep abreast of advancements in oral and maxillofacial surgery through continuing education and professional development

Qualifications:

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
  • Completion of an accredited oral and maxillofacial surgery residency program
  • Board certification or eligibility in oral and maxillofacial surgery
  • State licensure to practice dentistry and oral surgery in North Dakota
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High ethical standards and a dedication to providing exceptional patient care
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
