Job Description: We are seeking highly qualified and motivated Oral Surgeons to join our dynamic team in the Fargo office and the Bismarck office. The ideal candidate will have exceptional surgical skills, a patient-centered approach, and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team setting.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures, including dental extractions, implants, corrective jaw surgery, and trauma
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients with various oral and facial conditions
- Work collaboratively with other dental professionals and support staff to provide comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and their families about surgical procedures, post-operative care, and oral health maintenance
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records
- Keep abreast of advancements in oral and maxillofacial surgery through continuing education and professional development
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Completion of an accredited oral and maxillofacial surgery residency program
- Board certification or eligibility in oral and maxillofacial surgery
- State licensure to practice dentistry and oral surgery in North Dakota
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High ethical standards and a dedication to providing exceptional patient care
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
