Our Dentists:
- Treat all patients with respect, dignity, and empathy
- Provide routine and emergency dental services, including diagnosis and treatment plans, general restorative procedures, and minor oral extractions
- Initiate and interpret x-rays
- Administer and prescribe anesthetics and medications
- Conduct follow up patient care
- Provide dental and oral health education to patients and families
- Manage difficult clients and patients, demonstrating interpersonal savvy and influence skills
Qualifications & Education Requirements:
- Doctorate of Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine
- Current license or willingness to obtain a West Virginia State license
- Current license or willingness to obtain a Virginia State license
- Strong computer skills and experience with healthcare databases and applications.
- Willingness to comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding dental and health care.
- Exceptional inter-personal skills, and the ability to demonstrate empathy, respect, specificity, and genuineness in all interactions with patients, staff, and visitors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to keep detailed records.
- Comprehensive knowledge of dental procedures, tools, and diagnostics.
