Coverage Needed

• ASAP - ongoing
• Total of 24 days of coverage/mo at each location
• 1 month (12 days) commitment to start, then can extend indefinitely

Schedule

• Monday - Friday: 8:30 am - 4:00 pm

Clinical Details

• Mobile DMD or DDS
• Nursing home setting
• General Dentistry care to residents of Senior living facilities and nursing homes within 60 minute radius of their home
• Exams, X-Rays, Fillings, Simple Extractions, Dentures (new, replacement, repairs), Cleanings (done by RDH, but provider must be willing to perform cleaning if one is not available)
• Dentists will travel with a seasoned dental assistant and a Registered Dental Hygienist (not available in all areas)
• Mobile dental chair provided in most cases

Requirements

• Board Certified DMD or DDS
• Active WV License
• TB Test or Chest Xray within 12 months, HepB Vax
• COVID 19 and Flu vaccines - Preferred
  • if provider is not vaccinated, they must be okay with a rapid test onsite
• Must be willing to treat elderly patients in various settings within the facility including patient rooms, common areas, and dedicated clinic spaces
• Provider must be tolerant and respectful to elderly patients, immobile patients, and residents with dementia and other incapacitating aliments
