- Coverage Needed
- Minimum 4 days per month
- Minimum commitment of 1 month to start, can be then extended
- Schedule
- Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 4:00 pm
- Clinical Details
- General Dentistry care to residents of Senior living facilities and nursing homes within 60 minute radius of their home
- Exams, X-Rays, Fillings, Simple Extractions, Dentures new, replacement, repairs, Cleanings (done by RDH, but provider must be willing to perform cleaning if one is not available)
- Requirements
- Board Certified DMD or DDS
- Active WV License Required
- TB Test or Chest Xray within 12 months, HepB Vax Required
- COVID 19 and Flu Vaccine preferred (if provider is not vaccinated, they must be okay with a rapid test onsite)
- Must be willing to treat elderly patients in various settings within the facility including patient rooms, common areas, and dedicated clinic spaces
- Provider must be tolerant and respectful to elderly patients, immobile patients, and residents with dementia and other incapacitating aliments
