Seeking Dentist to join growing team in north central VA. Our Providers, Nurses, and Staff provide help to the community in ways some patients previously thought was not possible. The group creates an environment of community service that lets employees reconnect with the reason they were first interested in healthcare.
- Our Dentists enjoy a meaningful career without the responsibility of managing staff or the financial burden of operating a private practice.
- Both experienced and new dental school graduates will be considered. Candidates must possess a four-year accredited DMD or DDS degree, must possess or obtain state licensure. Candidates cannot be sanctioned under Medicaid or Medicare. Current CPR (BLS) certification is required.
- All front office and administrative duties are performed by staff to alleviate the Dentist from the worries of practice management, enabling the candidate to focus on patient care, assessment, developing patient treatment plans and delivering quality clinical care.
- Patient-centered medical home with a skilled staff and integrated healthcare system the includes primary care and behavioral health in addition to dental services.
- Our Dentists are guaranteed a competitive salary and excellent compensation & benefits. Our Dentists are contracted to receive a guaranteed salary and are not paid based on productivity. Loan repayment may be available and malpractice insurance is paid for by the health center as part of the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA).
