We are seeking a Dentist who is committed to delivering high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective general dental care to a diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will foster strong dentist-patient relationships and demonstrate competence in clinical and office procedures._x000D_

Essential Functions:_x000D_
- Deliver high-quality dental care in a clinical setting._x000D_
- Provide general dental care across all life cycles: prenatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric._x000D_
- Foster dentist-patient relationships and motivate patient cooperation._x000D_
- Demonstrate competence in general office procedures._x000D_
- Record patient treatment using SOAP format or equivalent._x000D_
- Perform various dental procedures including diagnostic, preventive, restorative, endodontic, periodontic, prosthodontic, and oral surgery._x000D_
- Participate in the Center's Quality Assurance program._x000D_
- Maintain a current Arizona dental license and fulfill continuing education requirements._x000D_
- Collaborate with dental auxiliary staff in a professional manner._x000D_
- Complete administrative duties associated with dentistry practice._x000D_
- Attend staff meetings and participate in consultations with medical staff._x000D_
- Take emergency on-call duties as required._x000D_
- Serve on committees as required._x000D_

Minimum Qualifications:_x000D_
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an ADA-accredited dental school._x000D_
- Licensure from the Arizona State Board of Dental Examiners._x000D_
- Current Arizona State Licensure Renewal Certificate._x000D_
- Current DEA Number certificate._x000D_
- CPR certified (BLS)._x000D_
- Valid drivers license._x000D_

Preferred Qualifications:_x000D_
- 1 year of directly related experience._x000D_
- Bilingual in English/Spanish/Navajo._x000D_
