- Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm
- Monday - Thursday 7 am - 6 pm
- Tuesday - Friday 7 am - 6 pm

- Outpatient
- 50/50 kids/adults
- Chart closure within 72 hours
Requirements
- Active CA License
- BLS
- Must be willing to work 3 months minimum with the option to extend. No exceptions.
- Active DEA
- 2022-2023 Flu Vaccine, TB Status/X-Ray Results (results must be within the 90 days before start date), Positive MMR Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Hep B Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Varicella Zoster Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Tdap Immunization (must be within the last 10 years)
- Primary series plus booster, regardless of the date received
- OR 1 dose of the current COVID vaccine (2023/2024 formulation)
