Qualifications:

• Degree: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited institution.
• Residency: Completion of an accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program.
• Certifications: Board certification or eligibility in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
• Licensure: Active and unrestricted Illinois dental license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Skillset: Proficiency in oral surgery procedures committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
• Experience: Previous experience in outpatient oral surgery is preferred but not required.
