Job Description
Surgeon owned and led practice is seeking to add a BE/BC Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to its team.
- Consult with patients to determine needs and treatment goals.
- Perform surgical procedures to extract impacted or damaged teeth, place dental implants, and remove tumors and other abnormal growths of the oral and/or facial regions.
- Utilize a patient centric approach.
- Operate with referral doctor centric mindset.
- Understanding of the importance of referral base and how to expand/grow it.
- Ability to utilize a digital workflow or willingness to learn.
- Understanding of full arch protocols or willingness to learn.
- Implant oriented and desire to learn how to do them at the highest level.

Ample staffing allows our surgeons to dedicate additional time with their patients and to communicate frequently with referring dentists.
Our entire team receives certification training in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support – and our offices have the most up-to-date emergency equipment, monitors, and redundancy. Using the most advanced surgical devices, equipment and technology, our surgeon’s perform procedures with multiple surgical assistants or registered nurses in the operating room to ensure an abundance of support.
