Job details:

• Coverage: ASAP - Ongoing
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 0800 - 1600.
• Retina Specialist
• Practice setting: Outpatient
• EMR: Epic

Job Requirements:

• Board Certified - Required
• MT – license or willing to obtain – unlicensed providers can be submitted
• BLS – Required
• Fellowship - Required
