About Health System: Physician practice management organization with 30 physicians and 26 mid-level providers. The health system's northern Maine locations include Caribou (3 offices), Presque Isle, Washburn, Fort Fairfield and Van Buren. In 2016, The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) awarded the health system for Oral Health expansion.
