ACADEMIC SURGICAL RETINA
University of Mississippi Medical Center
Position Highlights:
- Desirable Practice Setting: Join an established multi-specialty practice with 3 dedicated lanes, 1 procedure room and separate imaging facilities.
- Comprehensive Team: Dedicated photography team, tech in the injection room, and full triage support across a multispecialty clinic.
- Optimal Patient Volume: Clinical volume of 35 patients per day, supported by midlevel staff and a dedicated scribe.
- Work-Life Balance: Reasonable call schedule including 1 weekend per month with dedicated ophthalmic surgical tech assigned to Retina call.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Compensation: 2-year guarantee and production comp plan of $350K-$525K with reasonable production expectations.

Qualifications:
- Degree: MD or DO
- Certifications: Surgical Retina Fellowship required
- Licensure: Must be in possession of or able to acquire a MS license
- Visa Sponsorship: J1 and H1-b
