The Opportunity:
As a Retina Surgeon, youll have the opportunity to become a partner within two years. With a supportive team environment and ongoing education through CME allowances, youll have room to grow as the clinic continues to expand. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Youll manage a patient load of 30 to 35 daily, with four days of clinic and one day reserved for surgeries. Youll work alongside a dedicated clinic team, making a significant impact on both your team and the organization as a whole.

Required Skills:
Board-certified or board-eligible
Fellowship trained in Retina Surgery
Licensed in Wisconsin or willing to obtain licensure
