Job Title: Full-Time Ophthalmologist
Location: Brandon, FL (Position Open April 2025)

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Ophthalmologist to join our growing practice in Brandon, FL. This is a full-time W2 position with a focus on providing comprehensive eye care to a patient population predominantly aged 50 and above. Candidates must be willing and able to perform surgeries. We offer a limited guarantee base pay for new MD graduates and will consider hiring and relocation bonuses for the right candidates.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• No weekends or evenings

Compensation:

• Competitive salary between $200,000 and $300,000 for specialists
• Bonus: $20,000 hiring bonus available for qualified candidates
• Opportunity to build a patient base that includes younger patients and children if desired

Requirements:

• Medical Doctor (MD) degree with a valid state license to practice ophthalmology
• Willingness and ability to perform surgical procedures
• Strong clinical skills and patient-centered care approach
• Comfortable treating a patient population primarily aged 50+
• Interest in expanding practice to include younger patients/children is a plus
