We are looking for a board-certified Optometrist to join our vision care team in Alabama, just an hour from Pensacola Beach.
Practice Setting
- Fully comprehensive, private practice outpatient clinic
- Support staff includes 2 front desk staff, 3 screeners, 1 scribe, and 1 optician
- Clinic utilizes advanced technology for comprehensive exams including Optos retinal imaging, OCTs, IOPs, corneal topographers, and applanation tonometers
Schedule
- 5-day workweek, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Average of 20-30 patients per day initially, with the opportunity to grow
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary is based on experience for a 2-year contract, with earning potential up to $200,000
- $25,000 sign-on bonus, up to $10,000 in relocation assistance, and educational stipends for residents
- 25 days of PTO, annual CME allowance, and 401k with employer matching
