This dynamic Ophthalmology practice is looking for a Cataract Surgeon to join their group. Work with a highly skilled group providing comprehensive eye care with tremendous clinical and surgical support that allows you to practice at the top of your license. This partnership track position offers industry leading compensation at 90th percentile or better.

The opportunity:
• Join a group of 12 Ophthalmologists and 11 Optometrists offering a full range of eye care services to their community.
• This physician owned practice offers you a voice and provides you the resources to practice at the top of your license.
• Physician owned surgical center is located adjacent to the facility.
• Enjoy a friendly staff of technicians who are well trained, efficient and highly skilled to perform all work ups, assist providers, and work the EMR system.

Compensation Details:
• Established, transparent 2-year partnership track with total earnings above 90th percentile.
• Competitive, guaranteed base salary with lucrative production bonus year 1 and 2.
• Additional opportunity to buy-in to affiliated, physician owned, surgical center.
• 6+ weeks of PTO, 1 week CME with $5,000 stipend, $50K sign-on, and more.
