A highly regarded multi-specialty Ophthalmology practice is looking for a Cataract Surgeon to join their thriving practice. Work with a highly skilled group providing comprehensive eye care with tremendous clinical and surgical support. This partnership track position offers strong compensation and provides a great work/life balance.

The opportunity:
• Join a group of 12 Ophthalmologists and 11 Optometrists offering a full range of eye care services to their community.
• Enjoy a friendly staff of technicians who are well trained, efficient and highly skilled to perform all work ups, assist providers, and work the EMR system.
• Primary location is adjacent to practice owned surgical center with a staff that is well versed in ophthalmic surgery.
• Extraordinary work/life balance with 1:8 call, no weekends, holidays or nights.
Compensation Details:
• Competitive, guaranteed base salary with lucrative production bonus and partner track, with quarterly bonuses, after two years.
• Additional opportunity to buy-in to affiliated, physician owned, surgical center.
• Recruiting incentives include $50K sign-on bonus and relocation allowance.
