  • Required Clinical Areas: Non-Surgical and Surgical/Invasive

Credentialing Information:

  • Estimated Timeframe: 3 months

Requirements:

  • Board Certified Ophthalmologist – Required

  • MI License – Required

  • BLS/ACLS – Not required unless performing moderate or deep sedation
