Planet Healthcare is looking for an inpatient Locum Ophthalmologist in Grand Rapids, MI.
Dates of Coverage: January- July
Coverage needed: one week a month 24 hour call
Average Number of Patients Per Day - Hospital: 1-2 per month
Trauma Level/Designation: Level 2
Adult patients only
EMR: Epic
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 3 months
Facility WILL reimburse for the Following Costs: Flight, Rental Car, Mileage Billed at the IRS Standard Rate
