The Department of Ophthalmology at SSM SLUCare Physician Group in Saint Louis, Missouri announces an opening for an outstanding individual who has completed or is currently in fellowship-training in oculoplastic surgery.

We are a multidisciplinary program seeking a full-time physician to join an established ASOPRS-accredited fellowship-trained specialist with 17 years of experience with a dedicated team including a nurse practitioner and ophthalmic scribe. The incoming surgeon would also build their team to include a dedicated advanced practice provider and medical assistant.

Duties will include clinical practice as well as education of residents and medical students. This will be an excellent opportunity to join a busy practice and grow a functional and aesthetic practice. This position will be located at Saint Louis University Hospital, a 365-bed, Level 1 Trauma Center for Missouri and Illinois.

Candidates must also demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and capacity to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team of physician's and support staff. Division faculty are actively engaged in education of medical students, residents, and other providers and staff within the department.
