Title: Ophthalmologist (Vitreoretinal Surgery Locum Physician)
Location: IL (Approx 2.5 hrs drive from Chicago, IL)
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology with a fellowship in Vitreo Retinal Surgery.
- IL Active state license, BLS Certification, PALS Certification and proof of COVID vaccination are required.
- Must have an already active license in Illinois or those providers who already possess the ILMC certification with their participating compact state.
- Start date; 08/12. Hours are Monday-Friday 8a-5p; must have at least one week/month of availability to be considered.
- Call TBD (retina call only--no general).
- Weekend: TBD
Medical Malpractice Insurance: Will be covered by the agency.
