Intercare Recruitment is working with a Private Practice in Nebraska that has an opening for a Certified Ophthalmologist to join their team.
Base salary: $475,000
Buy - in to the practice after one year
Sign-on bonus; $105,000
Relocation: $10K
PTO
Malpractice with tail coverage
Insurance Retirement Plan: 401k with a 6% match, eligible after year one
Open to new graduates
Clinic hours: Monday- Friday (8 am-5 pm)
Clinic volume 40-45 patients per clinic day
Clinic volume at each satellite clinic is 30-35 patients per clinic day
