Seeking Retina, Oculoplastic, Cataract, and Glaucoma providers to join a well-respected private group in the West Texas area. This group will give you the autonomy you need while offering a great work-life balance! Create a path to higher earnings and flexibility! Run your show!

Practice Setting

Retina Surgery – Lubbock, TX

  • The need for a Retina Surgeon is based on the number of outbound referrals to a local retina group as well as for succession planning purposes.
  • This position will be 100% Retina. The incoming Retina Surgeon will be provided autonomy to build a practice to his or her own specifications.
  • The ASC has two suites already equipped for retina. The practice knows that the incoming retina surgeon should be able to see 30-35 patients per day from day one.
  • The group is prepared to dedicate up to 9 lanes for the incoming retina surgeon with a full team of techs, imagers, and scribes.
  • The practice is flexible for a four or five-day workweek, with one day initially being dedicated to surgery. The group is confident that a retina surgeon could be as busy as he or she desires to be.

Oculoplastic Surgery – Lubbock, TX

  • Complete Autonomy to build a program to his or her specifications and volume
  • Aesthetic Centers are supported by 5-6 Rn’s with a very established patient base
  • Incoming surgeons could operate out of two Aesthetic Centers

Cataract and Glaucoma Surgery – Lubbock, TX

  • The need for an additional Ophthalmologist is based on succession planning, current volumes, and taking over
  • The physicians in the practice see anywhere between 30 patients to 60 patients per day, depending on the physician’s interest.
  • Other provider sees 60 patients per day using 9 lanes with 6 techs and scribes to ensure efficiency.
  • The incoming provider will likely share time in both the 50th street location with 16 lanes and Quaker with 42 lanes.

Compensation

  • 1-year guarantee
