Requirements

· Medical degree and a license to practice medicine.

· Completion of an ophthalmology residency.

· Subspecialty training in vitreoretinal surgery.

· Experience with vitreoretinal surgical procedures.

· Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

We are looking for a Retina Specialist to join our growing team of Ophthalmologists!

Job Overview

· Our Retina Specialists work in a local office 4 days a week and work one day a week in a satellite office.

· Our physicians see an average of 30-60 patients per clinic day.

· Surgery Volume is 5-10 cases per week with our highest producer doing 8-13.

We are a premier practice in the Louisville, Kentucky market. Serving Louisville for over 30 years we have become the choice of referral by local optometrists for the treatment of retinal diseases & surgery, LASIK, and other refractive surgery, and cataract surgery.

· We are a group of 9 Physicians (3 Retina, 4 Anterior Segment, 1 Cornea, and 1 Oculoplastic) and 11 Optometrists.

· We practice out of 8 locations and 8 surgery centers.
