Radiation Oncology Locum Opportunity - Ongoing Coverage Needed

We are seeking a Radiation Oncologist for locum coverage at a well-supported facility to begin as soon as May 19, 2025. This opportunity offers a mix of inpatient and outpatient settings, with flexible scheduling and strong support staff.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
• Potential night call and 24-hour weekend call (15-minute response time, no onsite requirement for weekends)

Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient

Support Staff: 2 RNs, 5 Radiation Therapists, 1 Dosimetrist, 1 Physicist, 1 Physician

Charting: EPIC

Cases and Procedures:

• 3D Treatment, IMRT, Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT)/SRS treatments
• Simulations, Consults, Follow-ups, OTVs

Patient Volume: 35-50 per day (Adults)

Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days

State License Required: Illinois
