One is located in Lima (Hospital Outpatient Cancer Center) and the other in Celina (Free-Standing Cancer Center) Reason for Coverage: To cover paternity leave Number of Physicians in Practice: 2 There will be Other Radiation Oncologists Present During Locum Tenens Coverage - They will be covering at the opposite location Number Many APPs Provide Coverage: 2 Average Number of Patients Per Day - OUTPATIENT: 25-30 in Lima, 10-12 in Celina Average Number of Patients Per Day - INPATIENT: 1-2 in Lima Trauma Level/Designation II Patient Population for Required Coverage: Adult Documentation System/EMR: Mosaiq/Epic Required Procedures: 3D Radiotherapy, Conventional Radiotherapy, External Beam Radiation - 3D-CRT, External Beam Radiation - IGRT, External Beam Radiation - IMRT, Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT), Stereotactic Radiosurgery, Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy Required Duties: Orders Tests, Orders Images, Prescribes Board Certified – Required Active OH License – Required BLS – Required Allow RecruitWell to set up a phone call with you and the client to discuss more!
