Seeking a Radiation Oncologist (MD/DO) for locum coverage on select dates between April and July 2025. This role involves both inpatient and outpatient care, working within a well-equipped cancer center with full staff support.

Position Details

• Location: Cheyenne, WY
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (No weekends except for emergencies)
• Call Schedule: Sunday-Sunday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 AM (Clinic call & inpatient call during clinic hours)
• Coverage Dates:
  • April 28 – May 3, 2025
  • May 25 – June 7, 2025
  • June 22 – July 3, 2025
• Patient Load: 25-35 patients under treatment daily (varies between two providers), 2-3 consults per day on average
• Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient

Requirements

• Active Wyoming Medical License or IMLC eligibility
• Up-to-date CDS and DEA certification
• Experience with radiation oncology procedures and treatment planning systems

• Staff: 5 radiation therapists, 2 RNs, 2 dosimetrists, 1 physicist
