Dates Needed:
--February 24-28
--April 21-25
--May 19-30
Details/Requirements:
-- Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm
-- External Beam 3D radiation therapy, Intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT), Stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT), CT Simulation.
--Average 15 on treatment per day.
--Average clinic schedule: average 6 per day, 2-3 consults per day
--CT Sims 3 days a week; average a few per day.
--Aria & Eclipse
--Epic for the Clinic
--Active Kentucky license or IMLC
--Board Certified
