  • Other Details: The facility, which is stroke-certified and trauma level 3 is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours and beeper call if needed.There are an average of 15 patients per shift and 3 beds in the department. The provider will be working an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday, in the clinic, with the possibility of working night and weekend call if needed. The specific dates of service are as follows: March 3-7, 2025; April 28-May 2, 2025; June 30-July 4, 2025; August 4-8, 2025; September 15-19, 2025; and November 10-24, 2025.

Working Hours
