Practice Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
Location : Southern Tier of New York
Schedule: 8am - 5 pm Monday - Friday - No weekend, No call
Certification Requirements: Board Certified
State License Requirements: New York License
Additional License Requirements: BLS, ACLS

Additional Details :
  • Patient per shift requirement-treat 12-20 patients per day
  • Average Follow Ups per day/week - 6 per week
  • Treatment plan that the facility is using - Eclipse
  • Average new/urgent consults per day/week - 4 per week
Required Procedures/Responsibilities:
  • Conventional Radiotherapy, 3D Radiotherapy, SBRT, External Beam Radiation - 3D-CRT, External Beam Radiation - IGRT, External Beam Radiation - IMRT, Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy-SBRT
  • Required Duties: Orders Tests, Prescribes, Orders Images
  • Average Time of Credentialing: 30-45 days
  • Start Date : ASAC
  • End Date : Ongoing
