Job Description:
- Practice Setting: Both inpatient and outpatient services
- Reason for Coverage: To support the team due to current staffing shortages
- Dates of Coverage: Starting January 6, 2025
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Estimated Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 30-45 days
- Board Certified in Radiation Oncology
- Active NY license
- BLS, ACLS
