Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Radiation Oncologist for a
locums assignment in West Branch, MI. This position is scheduled for four days
starting December 30, 2024, with the possibility of extending to a longer-term
opportunity. The role is primarily outpatient, with 90% outpatient care and 10%
inpatient, and involves no on-call requirements. Working Monday through Friday
from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, you will see 6-8 patients daily. Core responsibilities
include conducting evaluations and management (E&M), consultations,
follow-ups, and treatments. Experience with Pluvicto is a plus, though not
required.
As a Radiation Oncologist, you will provide comprehensive care within Radiation
Oncology, including patient evaluations, consultations, follow-ups, and
treatments in an outpatient setting, along with some inpatient needs. Accurate
documentation in EPIC using Dragon dictation tools will be an essential part of
delivering safe, high-quality care.
Requirements:
· Active and unrestricted physician license, with IMLC licenses considered
· Board Certification in Radiation Oncology
· Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
· Experience in Radiation Oncology is preferred
· Familiarity with EPIC and Dragon is advantageous
