Seeking a Locums Radiation Oncologist Physician in The physician must be skilled in a range of radiation therapy procedures, including Conventional Radiotherapy, 3D Radiotherapy, IMRT (Intensity-Modulated Radiation Therapy), IGRT (Image-Guided Radiation Therapy), 3D-CRT (Three-Dimensional Conformal Radiation Therapy), SBRT (Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy), Stereotactic Radiosurgery, Photon Beam Radiation Therapy, and Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy. The position operates from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, allowing for an 8-hour workday with a 30-minute lunch break. There is no on-call requirement. This is a sporadic coverage role for potential future PTO needs. The role is based in an outpatient setting (Clinic/Office) with a focus on managing approximately 20-25 patients undergoing treatment, including weekly treatment visits, follow-ups, and consultations. The facility is a Trauma Level 2 center catering to adult patients.

Qualifications:

· Board Certified in Radiation Oncology - Required

· Active Iowa license or IMLC (Interstate Medical Licensure Compact) - Required (Candidates needing to obtain licensure will not be considered)

· COVID Vaccine – Required
