- 8a-4p, w/no call
- Dec 23 - Dec 31, Closed Dec 25th
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS :
- Board Certified;Board Eligible: REQUIRED
- Active IL State License: REQUIRED
- Minimum 1 Years Experience: REQUIRED
- IL DEA: REQUIRED
- Active IL State License: REQUIRED
- Certifications Required: ACLS;BLS: REQUIRED
- CSR License: REQUIRED
POSITION DESCRIPTION :
- Patients Per Day: 10-15
- OTV visits on Wednesday
- Consultations: 1-4
- 45 Minute Scheduled Appointments
- Will Candidate Work Solo?: No
- On Call?: No
- 18+: 50%
- -18: 50%
- Skills Needed: Ability to see patients in a timely manner and execute precise and accurate treatment in a timely manner.
