- 12/23/24 through 12/27/24:
- Monday (12/23): 8:00 A – 5:00 P
- Tuesday (12/24): 8:00 A – 12:00 Noon
- Wednesday (12/25): CLOSED
- Thursday (12/26): 12 Noon – 5:00 P
- Friday (12/27): 8:00 A – 5:00 P
- Please provide with presentations: Feedback from other sites, evaluations or surveys last two assignments
- Providers need to be experienced with: SRS, SBRT, LDR, Brachytherapy
- TX DEA Required
- Provider must attend orientation the day prior to their first shift. Orientation is 3 hours
- Board Certified – Required
