Practice Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
Call Ratio: every other week
Average Number of Patients Per Day - OUTPATIENT (Clinic/Office) : 25
Average Number of Patients Per Day - INPATIENT (Call/Rounding) : variable 1 per week
Patient Population for Required Coverage: Adult, Office/Clinic, Hospital Based
Documentation System/EMR: meditech/ mosaiq
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days approx.
Provider Must be local - only mileage is reimbursed

Requirement:
  • Conventional Radiotherapy , 3D Rad, IMRT, SBRT and SRS (No brachy needed), 3D-CRT, IGRT, Stereotactic RadSur, Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy
  • Orders -Tests, Images and Prescribes.
  • Experience with following radiation techniques: 3D conformal, IMRT, SBRT and SRS (No brachy needed)
  • Experience with following software is preferred but not required: Pinnacle, Velocity, Mosaiq and Epic
  • Will be asked to see both inpatient and outpatient consults, do treatment planning, see weekly on-treatment visits and follow up patients
  • Will participate in weekly Tumor Boards
  • Looking for someone with excellent communication skills who works well with patients and staff

Eligibility Requirement:
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible
  • Active MA License is required or pending (in process)
  • Needs active DEA and Massachusetts controlled substance license
