Schedule
- Monday - Friday
- 7:30am - 4:00pm
- 48 Hour Weekend Call: every other week, 8am Sat - 8am Mon
Clinical Details
- Will need to document accurately and promptly in the EMR
- Will be asked to see both inpatient and outpatient consults, do treatment planning, see weekly on-treatment visits and follow up patients
- Will participate in weekly Tumor Boards
- Number of Physicians in Practice: 2
- Other Radiation Oncologists will be present
- Average Number of Patients Per Day - Outpatient (Clinic/Office) : 25
- Average Number of Patients Per Day - Inpatient (Call/Rounding) : variable 1 per week
- Patient Population: Adult, Office/Clinic, Hospital Based
Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible
- Active MA License is required or pending (in process)
- Active DEA and Massachusetts controlled substance license
- Experience with following radiation techniques: 3D conformal, IMRT, SBRT and SRS (No brachy needed)
- Experience with following software is preferred but not required: Pinnacle, Velocity, Mosaiq and Epic
- Must be local
- Required Procedures: Conventional Radiotherapy, 3D Radiotherapy, 3D conformal, IMRT, SBRT and SRS (No brachy needed), External Beam Radiation - 3D-CRT, External Beam Radiation - IGRT, External Beam Radiation - IMRT, Stereotactic Radiosurgery, Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT), Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy
- Required Duties: Orders Tests, Orders Images, Prescribes
