Are you a dedicated Radiation Oncologist seeking a fulfilling role in a supportive and advanced environment? We have an excellent opportunity for you at a cutting-edge cancer center in a picturesque lakeside community in Michigan. This free-standing facility is looking for a skilled Radiation Oncologist to cover from January 1, 2025, until a permanent hire is in place. You'll work Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, sharing a 24-hour call schedule with another physician, and supported by a Nurse Practitioner. You'll be involved in a range of procedures, including conventional and advanced radiotherapies, with an average outpatient load of 10-15 patients per day and no inpatient duties. Shift: Mon-Fri 7:30A-4P
Scheduling: 2025 until perm is hired
Required Certification & Experience
- BC or BE in Radiation Oncology, MI License, and BLS required
- Required Procedures: Conventional Radiotherapy, 3D Radiotherapy, External Beam Radiation - 3D-CRT, External Beam Radiation - IGRT, External Beam Radiation - IMRT, Stereotactic Radiosurgery, Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT), Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy
