The Department of Radiation Oncology at the ProMedica Cancer Institute has a long history of providing exceptional patient care at multiple community locations within Northern Ohio and Southeast Michigan. Our physicians have been providing care at this location for 30+ years. The Institute is ACR accredited and offers full radiation oncology services.
The available full-time position will be at one of our community practices, located in Fremont, Ohio, ProMedica Memorial Hospital has served the citizens of Sandusky County and the adjacent communities since 1918. In fact, our hospital was built with funds raised by members of our community on land donated by the family of former United States President, Rutherford B. Hayes. Just over an hour from Cleveland and just 40 minutes from Perrysburg Ohio where our other community practice resides. Sylvania/Perrysburg/Ottawa schools are highly ranked.
Requirements:
- MD/DO
- Board Certified or Eligible by the American Board of Radiation Oncology
- Post offer pre-employment required to include drug screen
We are interested in candidates who have strong experience in clinical care, over multiple anatomical sites. The candidate will participate in general radiation oncology practices, engage to expand the practice, and participate in local tumor boards.
