- Average Number of Patients Per Day - OUTPATIENT (Clinic/Office) :Rad Onc Treatments per day = 18
- Patient Population for Required Coverage: Adult
- Will Accept Providers Needing to Obtain State License
- Required Procedures:
- Conventional Radiotherapy
- 3D Radiotherapy
- SBRT
- External Beam Radiation - 3D-CRT
- External Beam Radiation – IGRT
- External Beam Radiation – IMRT
- Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy-SBRT
- Required Duties: Orders Tests, Prescribes, Orders Images
- EMR: Aria
- Board Certified – Preferred
- Active NY License – Required
- BLS – Required
