MercyOne Clinton is seeking to add 1 Locum OB/GYN provider to their team to offer sporadic coverage, ongoing.
Details:
- Dates of coverage: ASAP, as soon as credentialed. Provider will be covering sporadic shifts as needed.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday (7a-5p)
- Weekend call (Friday 5p - Monday 7a)
- Provider MUST be experienced with both OB & GYN
- The facility is Level II
- EMR is Cerner
- Low risk and high risk deliveries; complicated & routine
- Credentialing takes 35-40 days
We are looking for 1 provider that can offer sporadic coverage as needed by the facility. The ideal candidate can start ASAP and offer coverage in July and August, pending credentialing. Possibility to extend through September. Provider must be available for weekend call for both OB and GYN. The ideal candidate would also fill in for when our Perm Provider is on vacation. The ideal candidate will see primarily Gynecology in the office with some OB. We also would prefer if they are able to do Gynecology surgeries during that week, if needed.
They do need emergent C section back up if on call at the same time.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Board Certified - OB/GYN
- Heavy GYN coverage, with support to OB
- BLS & NRP
- EFM cert - highly preferred
- Active IA license or IMLC
- Clean Malpractice/Background - Strongly Preferred
- COVID Vaccination
- Must have experience with Emergency C Sections
