Locums – Warren, Ohio, Radiation Oncologist Openings
Clinical Role:

- Coverage Dates:
- Sept. 6,9,12,13,30
- Oct. 28,29,30,31
- Nov. 1, 4,5,6,7,8
- Dec. 23,24,26,27
- The provider will credential at 4 locations
- Location needs would be PRN, as vacation/coverage needs emerge
- Hours of operation: M-F 8a-5p (no call, no weekends)
- Number of Physicians in Practice: 3
- Other RadOncs will be present during coverage
- 1 APP during coverage
- Outpatient coverage only
- Average Number of Patients Per Day: 20-30 on treatment
- Patient population: Adult
- EMR: Epic
- Required Procedures/Duties:
- Conventional Radiotherapy
- External Beam Radiation - IMRT
- Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT)
- Board Certified - Required
- OH License - Preferred; willing to accept providers needing to obtain license
- BLS/ACLS Certified - Required
- Must be willing to cover locations as listed in job
- Flu vaccine - Required
