Practice Radiation Oncology with true autonomy, support, & respect at this thriving, independent hospital nestled in the rolling hills between Omaha NE & Des Moines IA.
The Position:
• Highly competitive $685K+ base salary, plus additional lucrative bonuses for all wRVUs produced beyond MGMA median (~10K wRVUs)
• Turnkey opportunity: proven demand for a minimum of 13K+ wRVUs annually, with the opportunity to grow well beyond
• Recruitment incentives up to $150K
