· Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm; no call.

· Patients per day: 25-30

· Cases: External beam treatments, OTV’s and follow ups.

· EMR: EPIC

REQUIRED:

· Board Certified or Eligible

· Active IL License

· CSR License required

· BLS

COMPENSATION:

· Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)

· Malpractice insurance provided
